This idiot was coming towards me on opposite side of road, my lane was clear, his had a row of parked cars, meaning he should have given way to me...he didn't!
He swung out wildly right into my path, causing me to have to swerve to avoid a collision.
When asked what he thought he was doing, and why didn't he give way as he should have, he acted like he was a complete lunatic, jumped out of his car, followed by a middle aged Woman, shouting and screaming at me claiming i was at fault for not giving way to him!
Think the bloke is either retarded or mentally challenged at the least.
