Enters straight onto roundabout (jct A143-B1077 between Stuston & Diss) without slowing with me already making my way around, causing me to emergency break to avoid a collision. Driver completely oblivious with a tea flask in his right hand and only his left hand on the wheel. 30/1/2019 08:00.
