Everyone OK that's the main thing, right? Did it do any damage to the bike?
Also when you pulled off after stopping to check the bike.. anyone could have darted between those parked cars, or the parked cars could have pulled out. They wouldn't have much time to see you as you were in a blind spot mate, so maybe go slower? Stay safe. Nice bike.

It's unusual to use a fake plate that doesn't show up on any DVLA database, are you sure it's not an unmarked police car on ghost plates?
If someone was going to use a car on fake plates, it would make more sense to use a registration from another similar car that was already road legal.
