Never looks that close on a wide-angle camera, but he was easily less than half a second off my back bumper over the zebra crossing—it was recording at 30fps, and he only needed around 12 to reach the same point at the end of the stripes. Lucky nobody was wanting to cross, because he'd have rear-ended me before his little brain found the brake pedal. Got very brave with his high beams as soon as he was safely heading in the other direction. Excuse the rain effect—it was in the middle of Storm Arwen, which makes this sort of behaviour even dumber.
