Pictures shows the car almost pulling out into on coming traffic. The two cars infront of him were waiting to get past a work truck that was half on and off path/road.

TYRE HAS DEEP CUT IN TREAD
WING PAINTED POORLY, HAS HAD LOTS OF PAINT ALL OVER CAR
SCRATCHES TO ROOF
WHEEL BUCKLED
WING GAP INDIFFERENT TO OTHER SIDE
ONLY 1 HOUR SPENT SO MAY BE OTHER ITEMS FOUND, SUGGEST FULL CAR INSPECTION
