Speeding and then tailgaiting around Croxteth Park Estate, trying to bully people
out of the way. Sped upto 50mph between the roundabout and the lights. Turned right, overtook someone, and sped down Croxteth Hall Lane towards the East Lancs probably close to 65mph. Should not be allowed on the road.

Pictures shows the car almost pulling out into on coming traffic. The two cars infront of him were waiting to get past a work truck that was half on and off path/road.
