to me it looks like you gave the wrong signals and position, you were in the centre of both left and right and you didn't indicate until you were coming out. (can hear it in the video)
you can see the van slow down just before coming out and then pull out because you weren't signalling at the time.

I don't see what others are saying about sudden acceleration - looks pretty much the same to me.
The van should have been paying attention, I know the road as well and you can see right up the road - the driver of the van was a chancer and could have caused a nasty accident.

13.30 at the traffic lights near the st denys church wow round of applause to the stupid white vans today!! Lucky we didn't cross when the green man came up as he came speeding on a red light I think it was the same stupid driver as before. Now I know the registration number if I report to the police will they do anything? No wonder people give white vans a bad name absolutely disgusting especially when I'm with a baby there's no respect these days honestly.
