What this guy just did was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. For him to stamp on the windscreen of a car, especially when the car he stamped on had a little kid in the back, is just INEXCUSABLE.

Incident happened on 26/06/19 yet MOT expired 26/02/18.
Is that correct as I presume the vehicle is therefore not insured.
