Spotted on dashcam in Nottinghamshire No road tax sInce June 2016....and recorded on the DVLA data Base as being WHITE...but absolutely definately painted BLUE !!
Moron - overtakes in 20/30mph limits, speeds regularly and overall aggressive manner. A regular offender around where he lives, who has now been reported to the Police.

M23 southbound towards Brighton.
Weaving in and out of lanes and bumper to bumper with slower drivers (in the inside lines!) instead of using the faster outside lane to overtake. He seemed to get satisfaction by bullying people who are doing nothing wrong!
Disturbing.
Past Basing House, just below Swing Swang Lane, this tw@t overtook a cyclist just ahead of an oncoming car, only just squeezed in. Hope the few seconds saved were worth it.
This van nearly hit me because of a small mistake. I blew my horn and he swerved away. Job done i thought. He then pulled right in front of me and braked. They stopped and both doors opened so i drove passed. They caught me up on a dual carriageway and started shouting at me to pull over. Next thing a freshly opened can of coke came through the window, hit me on the side of the head and then the steering wheel and the coke went in my eyes and everywhere.
Called 999 and was told to leave the area. Later an officer called and asked what i wanted them to do about it. He laughed when i suggested that my car will need valeting and i had to explain to him it was an assault. He told me the van was from leeds 16.
After giving my statement i was left a voicemail explaining that because the van was from solihul(?) They couldnt prove who threw the can, "we could knock on his door but it means sending documents so we will close this case, if you have any questions please give me a call"
I have questions but dont fancy the harrasment after.
THIS FAG HIT ME! NOW IM ON LIFE SURPORT!
