This driver was tailgating dangerously, followed by an exceptionally dangerous overtaking manoeuvre, at speed, on a narrow road, with a cliff-side right beside the road. He then proceeded to throw things at a vehicle, on several occasions {whilst both vehicles were in motion}, presumably to attempt to cause driver error and a crash. On 20/06/16,the driver of this vehicle(blue Mazda 6 Ts2 D - BG12 ZPZ) almost caused a serious motorway accident (M66 just after Bury,Heap Bridge - junction 2) owing to his diabolical driving intended to endanger other road users.
He initially "cut" me up then proceeded to intentionally block any overtaking manoeuvres I made (x 3) almost resulting in a two vehicle collision at high speed.He shortly exited the M66 at the M62 intersection heading North towards Rochdale/Leeds.
The matter has been reported to Bury GMP and is on file.
