I would get them on video and post it on social media. It's a public space, so you have every right to film it - they just happened to get in your view.

Sorry for last comment did a bit of a mistake what u meant to put was followed this dangerous driver waited for him out side cex turns out he works there whole day wasted
By the looks of it, that car was going to park on the large pavement to the left on the cyclist, but the man with camera positions himself to the left as much as possible, thus blocking the car from getting onto the pavement to park. He was not parking at the traffic lights.
Driver's got no excuse. Shouldn't be over-take there plain and simple. The rest looks like assault. This is why I always keep my distance no matter whether I am walking, cycling, motorbike riding or on foot. If someone then tries to get in my space I tell them to keep their distance and I stand back unless I have to close to gap to defend myself. At least then I know I've covered myself legally. I am not a violent person but some people are violent plain and simple and will use any excuse in the book to try and justify their behaviour..in this day and age you don't take any chances and you don't stay to argue the toss.
=drives into oncoming traffic
tries to steal motorcycle keys twice
=steals a camera
=reverses at traffic
=attacks a motorcyclist
=stops traffic to fight another driver
