This driver followed me while I was overtaking slower vehicles on the A63 dual carriageway. I was driving at 75mph but the cretin was flashing his lights and driving extremely close. I pulled in to let him pass and he did the same to anyone who dared to use the fast lane In font of him. As he passed my vehicle I made brief visual contact and I noticed he looked to be very dead behind the eyes. Unfortunately for him this didn't look to be the result of alcohol or drug misuse, but it was purely down to an obvious lack of mental capacity. Give him a wide berth.
