This car will be driven by a highly trained and experienced Police driver. There will be nothing dangerous about the way it is driven. The fact it is surrounded by highly trained Police drivers and motorcyclists surely would suggest it's an official vehicle !!

I can confirm that the police are turning a blind eye to this, as there's a police car parked just a few metres away with the engine running
