This car will be driven by a highly trained and experienced Police driver. There will be nothing dangerous about the way it is driven. The fact it is surrounded by highly trained Police drivers and motorcyclists surely would suggest it's an official vehicle !!

Seen in London on Wednesday and in Edinburgh on Friday. You would have thought the PM would travel up by plane/rail rather than car!
