Very bad truck driver tryed running over my and my friends feet while we are sitting on the kurb should not be allowed on the road with them driving skills

This nearly knocked me off a bicycle - no more than 10cm away, and going a good 30mph when he had plenty of space.
i caught up with him and he was on his phone and started getting stroppy with me when I took him to task - admittedly very cross. Could easily have killed me.
