This really is the tip of the ice-berg as far as crime goes in Tipton. It's not hard to all to see what's going on there, day or night. Just walk, drive or ride around. The crap's going down all the time and it's got to the point where you think something is wrong if you don't hear the police sirens and helicopters, because that's the norm.
