If, as a taxi driver, you can't manage to do more than 20mph for the entire duration of a 60mph zone causing an endless queue of traffic behind you, then I think you ought to consider whether being a taxi driver is the right job for you. You managed to do 30mph in a 20 just fine though. Silly.

Wow, can see what the other person is on about with this driver.
This driver gets to a roundabout first. Not just and so first but quite clearly first yet they stop, wait about 5 seconds for a vehicle to their LEFT to get to the roundabout and then they're having a look at each other.
Poor guy to the left is quite clearly thinking WTF is going on here since this Peugeot idiot has right of way yet wont budge but now you have another vehicle that turns up to Peugeot's right & now nobody knows WTF they're doing - all caused by Peugeot's dilly dallying.
