White Smart parked 2 wheels on kerb, I couldn't get past walking my Frenchie boy LulahTuhoola on footpath. Had to walk in road to get round, LulahTuhoola pissed up the drivers door so hopefully it'll go rusty
This white Smart parked in disabled bay in Sainsbury carpark but no blue badge. Just cause it looks like an invalid mobile doesn't give parking rights. Wasn't even in the white lines correctly, what a useless driver
