Just to confirm there are 4 of these new signs... they go all the way up that road and the car is blocking the other 3 (that she has parked directly in-front of).

Polite notices don't work. It needs lawful enforcement because that is the only thing that will deter them.

actually it wasnt an emergency it was parked there for well over 8 hours when there was a perfectly good parking bay free around the corner. I am actually aware that police do have to park in inconvenient places in emergency and this was not.
