Doesn't understand road rules, doesn't give way but forces cars back onto a main road when road ahead not clear and also blocks junctions in all directions by turning when road also not clear. Gets stuck and blames all other drivers. Driving aggressively.

Doesn't have kids, yet parks in kids bays, then when you park next to them after waiting and give them a funny look, they wait till you're gone and spit on your car, footage on dashcam isn't good enough as he'd hidden by the head restraint when he spits it but you can see it roll down the window a few seconds later
