Cut straight across from the third lane to come off the motorway at jct. 33 almost clipping my car, had to swerve to avoid.
Driver didnt care just sped off. When we eventually passed him he was just singing along to music, oblivious to anything.

This plonker really needs to be taken off the road before they seriously cause an accident.
Large silver Peugeot Boxer van with a moron at the wheel.
Not content with weaving between the traffic on a dual carriageway because the people in front of him who were driving sensibly were in the way, he constantly tailgated virtually anyone until there was a gap and they then proceeded to overtake, undertake and cut up the motorist they overtook.
Then to add to the completely moronic driving, a last second ditch attempt at overtaking on approach to a roundabout that they wanted to turn left on and went across all lanes to take that turn, cutting up and forcing others to brake.
I'm not against vapers, but I'm pretty sure they were as clouds of smoke came from the cabin on the drivers side window on regular occasions and I was beginning to hope that the thing was on fire, just to do us all a favour.
If the police read this database and I hope they do, do us a favour and pull this moron over, as they are clearly on something. One of these days it's going to cause an accident and as much as I can hope it's between them and a tree, I cannot begin to think about a pile up with this bell end being the cause.
