Well let me start on this young man! He normally parks in the disabled bay, and once i confronted him he got really aggressive, always drinking Guiness while driving too.

Terrible on the road! Went a good 120 down the motorway and kept driving right up drivers in front arse, swerving all over the road and messed around swinging arms out on busy motorway. Just terrible.
