This guy parked very inconsiderately, taking up 2 spaces in a busy car park of a college ground, this means students could not park to attend lecture because he took up a space.

Very inconsiderate parking at hospital - half way across a disabled bay with a fake disabled badge!
Terrible on the road! Went a good 120 down the motorway and kept driving right up drivers in front arse, swerving all over the road and messed around swinging arms out on busy motorway. Just terrible.
