This dark blue bmw 318 diesel vehicle never indicates when changing his lanes he was on london A13 going towards docklands on newham way, his a bald head IC4 male in his 30s or 40s. He did not indicate at all for 3 times while changing his lane. Another idiot brainless driver on our roads. Date 28/12/2019. Around 4pm in the evening.
