Property Plus car parked up on kerb on double yellows on bus route, busy pad st school out time. Having a gossip with someone holding the passenger door open, no regard for passers-by.

This hooligan was driving around Oxford on A34 on Friday the 14th of September 2018 around 1 pm, changing lanes aggressively without using the signal. Have been behind for miles seeing him making many line changes and never using the signal once. Passing him in slow traffic I have showed him that he needs to signal when changing lanes. From there on there was a tirade of abuse, including throwing objects and hitting my car. When traffic stopped, he got out and came to my window threatening me. I believe he is a threat to public safety and this scum needs to be taken off the road. Does anyone knows who he is? Hope the Police is taking notes of this.
