The driver of this silver Vauxhall Zafira vehicle failed to stop having struck a white Citroen Nemo on 28th February 2017 at 14:30. The location was near the junction of Beechwood Road with Chepstow Road, Newport South Wales near the Beechwood Surgery. The vehicle was followed but lost in Gibbs Road. As I was overtaking, they were speeding up in the slow lane to the point where I was exceeding the speed limit buy more than i'd like to mention, had to break and pull in behind them. After doing so, they slowed down??? Then 2 mintues later went on to do 80mph in a 50. What was going through their mind I don't know.
This idiot thinks it's acceptable to drive around Cardiff with his full beams on when there's zero fog. Could you not see the lady in front of you putting her hand over her mirror because you were blinding her? Ignorant beyond belief!
