This idiot thinks it's acceptable to drive around Cardiff with his full beams on when there's zero fog. Could you not see the lady in front of you putting her hand over her mirror because you were blinding her? Ignorant beyond belief!

This van driver drives way too close to the person he's following, even though they are travelling at the speed limit. Are they in a trance!? Two second rule? More like 0.01 second rule - scary!
