As I was overtaking, they were speeding up in the slow lane to the point where I was exceeding the speed limit buy more than i'd like to mention, had to break and pull in behind them. After doing so, they slowed down??? Then 2 mintues later went on to do 80mph in a 50. What was going through their mind I don't know.
