On Saturday 27th May I was cycling along Blackburn New Road, Wheelton, just passed the junction with Victoria Street and Briers Brow when a grey car hurdled passed at speed, providing hardly any space.
Lancashire Police are taking action against the driver.

Very annoying DPD driver. Blocking the road when I’m trying to drive. It’s very annoying when delivery drivers block the roads.
