Whoever was driving this car today seriously needs some driving lessons. If you almost rear end someone who has done nothing wrong, that's YOUR responsibility. To be safe on the roads, you should learn to use your breaks and not tailgate. The cherry on this cake though was the fact this moron has the front to beep at the innocent bystander in front. The horn is a tool to alert people to your presence, not to project your insecurities when you screw up on the road
