Dodgy bastard, probably a car thief and definitely a shit driver. He seemed to be following me, and when I was stopped at a junction, he took a photo of the back of my car. He followed me the same way over the junction, then as soon as I pulled over to the side of the road, he sped off at at least twice the speed limit. May be a scammer.

Whoever was driving this car today seriously needs some driving lessons. If you almost rear end someone who has done nothing wrong, that's YOUR responsibility. To be safe on the roads, you should learn to use your breaks and not tailgate. The cherry on this cake though was the fact this moron has the front to beep at the innocent bystander in front. The horn is a tool to alert people to your presence, not to project your insecurities when you screw up on the road
