Speeding in a 40mph, spiking their brakes on just before the speed cameras & then speeding up again on the other side.
Distracted by something in their lap (phone?) at a red light as it turned green.

Very dangerous driver,,was in a different lane to myself,then decided to overtake me got in front of me and slammed his brakes on,would not move for about 20 seconds,cause it was a old Golf I think he wad after a insurance scam if I hit him,,the driver looked retartded,that might explain his dangerous driving,beware of him I’m the A470:M4 and Bridgend.

Big engine, small brain. Thinks it's OK to overtake me at 40 to 50 in a 30 zone, then weave left and right behind the next driver trying to under/overtake and finally turn left through a traffic light just after it has gone red. Spotted on the A232 heading towards Wallington at 8:45PM 23/03/18
