this driver is shameless, can leave the car parked on the side, so nobody can pass him or leave the car on disabled parking without having any permits, for every single day and apart from that , front windows are tinted.

Please keep an eye out for this car, driving dangerously and far too fast, almost caused an accident at the bottom of brynlow drive, Middlewich just and then overtook on the bridge and tried to get my sister to run into the back of him by emergency stopping. Not the first time I have seen this car driving like an idiot, either hasn't got his head screwed on properly or is an insurance scammer. Just no need for it, especially in this weather.
