M40 Bucks area. Driver of this black Merc C250 Coupe thinks it's a good idea to tailgate at high speed, force his way into non-existant gaps at 70 mph and switch lanes erratically without indication, forcing others to taking avoiding action. All the while flashing his lights at others to move out of his way, because naturally, he's the most important person on the road. Fairly standard behaviour for a short-arse with little-man syndrome.
