The driver of the car is a taxi driver, left my bag in his car. so i called up lynx taxi, and i have had no sign or notification that the driver has acknowledged that my bag is there.

The driver reversed into my car and drove off. Despite me shouting at him. He knew what he'd done as he slowed down after leaving the carpark to look.
