Oxford ring Road- Pair of idiots, Asian driver and passenger, almost ran me off the road, when stopped at light I told them how stupid their driving was and got what I think was abuse( couldn’t understand), they then loitered behind for 2/300yrds before screaming past me at 100mph +. Prats😂
