Parked illegally across the entire pavement blocking pedetrian access. The driver had a go at me for taking a picture of his number plate. I've reported this to the company he's was delivering to. Mercedes Benz Box Van with no MOT. Figures.

Was driving at 30 in a 40, overtook him, was on his phone and no seatbelt. We stopped at the lights and I stared at him for about 5 seconds, that was enough for him to cross 2 lanes and try to run me off the road while shouting abuse at me. Unfortunately, I only have a front viewing camera.
