Then idiot overtakes the car in front despite roadsigns that clesrly show no overtaking permitted. He breaks heavily to avoid the speed trap. The. Acceleratsz But theres another car in front and he wants to get past: I can see him swerving to the left and to the right trying to fijd space despite still being on a single lane. Finally gets past the car and hen speeds off.
Well, I get to the next traffic ligjts to find bim waitng there. He speeds off again. This process continues for he next two sets of lights. Idiot still thinks he's getting whereever he's going quicker.

THIS VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A HIT AND RUN ON THE 9TH NOVEMBER 2015 AT 19 : 20. HE HIT A MOTOR BIKE RIDER WHO WAS CARRYING A 11 YEAR OLD BOY. THE DRIVER CAUSED SEVERAL BROKEN BONES TO THE RIDER. Cut up cyclist in Heswall whilst on his phone. Pulled a u turn afterwards to confront cyclist and told him it was their fault. Initially denied using his mobile phone at the same time but eventually conceded this had happened. Still blamed the cyclist though.
