Crime of the century? Some charges aslo cost the earth and it's not due to the minority of people alleged to have done the same as the driver shown. I do pay for parking, but I am more concerned with yobs who act like dangerous pricks in dangerous; same for yobs on motorbikes, push-bikes and scooters or pedestrians. Not all.. some . THAT minority of pricks needs dealing with.
