Inconsiderate fool. crossing two lanes on a roundabout coming from the left to turn right. No indicating, just expects people to stop.

Dangerous driver. Darting in and out of traffic as if they were a motorbike. Driving a Renault Twizzy. Sitting right on the corner bumper of the car in front. Very impatient and distracting to other road users
