Nearly ran me off the road purposly overtaking and cutting in angered because he was unable to cut me up at an island. if I hadn't have slammed my breaks on he would have taken the front end off my car.

Really bad driver, get in lane 3 of motorway by cutting someone up, goes slower than other lanes, weaves all over road and can't keep a constant speed
If you are so incompetent as a minimum do not go in lane 3 , maybe even consider not going on the motorway

Almost caused an accident on a motorway, according to the driver she had done this to him repeatedly before recording began (3:20 onwards):
