Overtook dangerously in a 30 zone. Waiting for lights to change, dangerously overtook the queue into path of oncoming vehicles, almost causing head on collision.

This old grumpy driver of iceland van blocked me on car park, when he just came from back through 2 spaces. I had to move my car to be able to get out.
