Typical must get in front driver, uses right turn lane to go straight on and cuts me up, then tries to overtake an HGV in a merge lane and almost wipes out, this muppet is a liability

Impatient driver, attempting to cut up several other road users. Seemed to be of the belief that indicating gives an automatic right to change lanes.
Attempted to cut in front of the car I was in, by bullying his way in (there was no one behind me, so he could have slowed and gone behind us). Instead he accelerated quickly and cut in front of somebody else.
I have seen this type of behavior / driving from this particular car twice.

They pulled into a large turning circle in Chester and caused a massive problem as they maneuvered a 7 point turn within the turning circle! All because they don't know how far they can turn their stearing wheel.
Almost hit pedestrians twice, one of which was a lady on crutches.
Almost backed into another car.
Got flustered and just sat there in everyone's way. Then they went and parked 1/3rds on the pavement on the double yellows right next to a cafe with chairs out front, so massively blocking the pavement...
No car control, awareness or ability to drive in general

Could've killed yourself and the oncoming car's driver there... why try to overtake like that in a car with such little power?
