This idiot was hogging the middle on the motorway while HOLDING HIS PHONE TO THIS EAR and was drifting around the lane. Second picture shows his hand up to his ear - his phone appeared to be an iPhone (6s?) and was in a black case so is hard to see. Idiot. Disgustingly selfish, in a car with Bluetooth as well.

Drove pass on 3 occasions on the motor way (M25) at stand still and racially abused my girlfriend and her sister siting in the back.
They then saw me and drove off.
They then drove pass our car and another family members car whilst parked up at services and continued, I wasn’t present but got told, we then saw the car in Cobham services and this is where I got the number plate and photo from.

Silly man. Getting angry waving arms around shouting abuse when cars wouldn't go faster then the speed limit for him. Went into the oncoming lane to turn right ahead of another car almost hitting a pedestrian Watched him attempt dangerous over takes 3 times in Nottingham. Driving like he doesn't have a licence. Information forwarded to local police.
