Maniac, avoid at all costs picking and choosing when they have right of way, giving way when they dont have right of way is courteous yes but they also forgot about giving way when they should and cut someone off to their right on a roundabout. The other driver was a learner so I suspect it was either anti-learner or generic not paying attention. I feel bad for the learner, who was not doing anything wrong but she looked quite dazed and stalled.

This guy has a real chip on his shoulder! Thinks he's untouchable and speeds double the speed limit without a care for anyone else's safety. Should be banned!

The saddening and annoying thing with the driver is the driver probably wouldn't have even cared or noticed after the event. Would not have given it a second thought.
