Assault with a deadly weapon. Driver used his car (towing a caravan) to run over a cyclist. Jail time needed.

Nearly ran over a kid at wrest park silsoe....must of been doing 100mph through the park. Few people tried to block him getting out...he got out and threatened them before speeding off with a child in passenger seat!!! Loonatic!!!
