The piece of land he's parked on looks like the vehicle entrance close to his property. His tyres are just on the pedestrian footpath, but I would say he is parked mostly on his own property. You could actually park another car on the remaining pavement, so how is he blocking it?
The saddening and annoying thing with the driver is the driver probably wouldn't have even cared or noticed after the event. Would not have given it a second thought.
Maniac, avoid at all costs picking and choosing when they have right of way, giving way when they dont have right of way is courteous yes but they also forgot about giving way when they should and cut someone off to their right on a roundabout. The other driver was a learner so I suspect it was either anti-learner or generic not paying attention. I feel bad for the learner, who was not doing anything wrong but she looked quite dazed and stalled.
If this guy ever entered an xfactor competition where they were looking for the biggest bellend he would win hands down. Very aggressive human being. He probably wasn't loved as a child. Would benefit from a few sessions with a psychiatrist. Is one of those people who think they are hulk hogan in the car, but are probably just 'wierd John from accounts' at work. 5star fuckbucket
