Idiot bully driver, everyone else has to queue but not this clown. Forced his way in then gave me loads of abuse when I beeped as he nearly took the front off my car

He is parking on purpose right in front of the exit of a free parking, so nobody is able to come out in the morning.
19/10/2016, second time. He did it last week as well.
Called the police, but as I managed to come out because somebody else moved his car from an open side, they didn't care.
People need to get to work, if this parking is belonging to him, then he should find a way to tell everybody to NOT Park there.
