Drove through red light, pedestrians only just finished crossing, vehicle in question drove down other side of road just to do this.

Awful conduct, this lady threw her laptop bag on top of a colleagues car bonnet that was park next to her vehicle as she got into her car.
She then dragged her bag off of it and got in her car and drove off.
