Aside from the piss poor odometer failures on this site, with the car having been at 74k on 22 Feb and hit 82.5k a week ago this car has been written off. Can it be removed? Plate is SORN.

Awful conduct, this lady threw her laptop bag on top of a colleagues car bonnet that was park next to her vehicle as she got into her car.
She then dragged her bag off of it and got in her car and drove off.
