The van hasn't done anything wrong. Both of you should have been cycling in the cycle lane. Its your responsibility to ensure it is safe to overtake too. If you can't then you need to learn to wait.
Bad driver on A13 tries to run poor girl off the road and into another car, feel sorry for this girl , this driver needs to be stopped and pulled over for this sort of bad attitude on the road
This guy was driving down the A13 and tried to run this poor person into another lane onto on coming cars and off the road !!! DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Met this chap again travelling to close...finally it did pass it's MOT two weeks later.
Although tailgating with these advisories you need your head checking!

Sounds like you were hogging a lane (probably the middle one) so he undertook you. I'd have done the same. Learn to move to the inside lane and these problems would disappear.
To be honest, Fog lights are rarely required. Most drivers put them on because it makes their car look better or so they think. Even rear fog lamps are rarely needed, only in proper pea soup fog which I haven't seen for years.
Also to add using learning difficulties as an insult is pretty offensive .
