Knobber in a Skoda Yeti driving round Lancs Uni ignoring no entry signs, doing as he pleases & then driving round the uni to come back right where he started so didn't need to drive through the no entry sign at all.

Not sure what is going on - only doing 27mph in a 40 zone and keeps stopping at mini roundabouts despite clearly seeing no oncoming cars
