Needs to learn how to use a brake pedal or handbrake when at a junction. Also needs to learn that someone sounding a horn is for a warning, not being aggressive, and getting out of his car and being lairy on camera is always going to wind up on YouTube.

Idiotic chav in a Corsa. Pulled out in front of me at a junction, forcing me to slam my brakes on. He just laughed and drove off when I raised my hands as a "what the hell?"
